We had 2 problems with ours, Closed Captioned put a big black block in the middle, and we fixed that, but the V chip still won't let us watch all the channels either, and we also have no idea what caused these 2 problems, fixed the closed caption one, but can't get rid of the V chip, and since we didn't set it, have no idea what to put in to get rid of it?
