EO1 Error code on Mitsubishi auto CD player

I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero with a factory installed radio/CD and when the car warms up, upon putting in a CD, the Error code E01 comes on, and the unit spits out the CD. The radio works just fine. What can I do?
