HomeE03 Error message Shows E03 Eject and reinsert tape then E03 Unit in safeguard mode when cleaning tape inserted, when this is done the same is repeated. I can find nothing in the handbook to tell me how to rectify this and clean the heads.

E-03 indicates that the cassette take up spindle is not turning properly, so first of all a new tape should be tried as a faulty one can cause that error code to appear. Any further info will be supplied via DIRECT e-mail. |
