I replaced the IC804/5 chips; red crosses won't move vertically; red image is bowed during viewing.

I replaced the IC chips and fired up the TV and now have a bowed red component of the image. When I enter the convergence menu, the white and blue crosses are lined up. I can move the blue crosses on both vertical and horizontal axes. I can move the red crosses on the horizontal axis left and right. I CANNOT move the red crosses on the vertical axis up or down. The line up isn't bad in the center, but it is pretty badly canted the further away it gets from the center. Any hints on what the culprit is and how to fix? Thanks
