Intermittant no power up. Zoom drives to "Tele" in digital or optical without using control.

Intermittently after power off will not power on.Battery ok,contacts ok.Remove batt and wait 10 secs replace and powers up ok and intermittantly after replacing batt will zoom to "Tele" without touching controls.Otherwise ok.No error messages or other symtoms.
