Sony KV-34ST1

I just bought this new TV "Sony KV-34ST1 Trinitron" it only has a manual in Japanese a language and when I press the menu, it has japanese text in it. The problem is that it is on P.I.P mode and what i'm seeing here is only the small screen. I only want to know what i should do to be able to put it on to "BIG" screen. Thanks in advance! I need an english manual for Sony KV-34ST1
