Camera not turning on

Hi, My camera won't turn on. I have tried to change battieres and everything and nothing works. Also on my DSC-P10 the lcd is all messed up and when ever I take a picture it is like a pink color and extremly blurry. With the lcd thing it seems like the camera is going up and down at a fast speed and the LCD is black with some flashes of white in differt places. What should i do?
