help me to make my girlfriend happy about fixed camera, pleaseee!

can t find out why mecanism doesn t take the tape c:31:30 c:32:30 whithout tape doesn t open all the way and you cant close properly the drive. is it a problem de electronic or is it something i might be able to fix. desmonted and remonted the bloody camera already 20 times and no change... my girlfriend will kill me or even worse. the first time that i cant fix a thing. HELP!! :(
