LCD back light

My LCD light has gone out. In the right light I can see on the dark screen the video playing. The Camcorder works great and takes good film. How hard is it to replace the light? I notice there is a White fuse type of plug behind the one panel. Is that the light and where do I get a replacement? twdunham1@comcast.net
