Audio isn't the same channel as the video through a cable box

When I play channel 15 on my cable box I get the video but the audio is from something else (I can't recognize the station...it could even be an FM station). Channel 15 is regular cable, not digital. Channel 15 plays fine direct to the TV or to the VCR. All the other channels are OK. Any idea?
