IS NOT WORKING WITH REMOTE CONTROL

I'VE A 43INCHES TOSHIBA REAR PROJECTION MODEL 43A62 TV.MANUALY WORK FINE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK W/REMOTE CONTROL..ANY IDEA TO FIX TKS.
