If you find out how to fix this problem, please let me know, Mine will do the samething about 1 out of 20 trys, I can get the cassette to go in and once it is in I get a condesation error. Then about once a day for a short period of time I can get it to work. There has to be some sensor in there that needs to be cleaned or disconnected.
