In case there is problems of your elevator (actually CC- cassette compartment)motion, the problems could be associated with the defective wire flex 5P connected to the CC notor (this usually happens to the older version using the white color flex printed cable wire 5 pins), for servicing this you need to remove the CC after disconnection of the CC wiring on the right towrads the PSU (Power Supply Unit) side..in case you cant then you need to approach the service centre since you you be damaging the magentic sensor! when removing this CC,..! We re-installed the two Mitsubishi 2040u 22" tube monitors and the problem went away, the refresh rate on the Dell flat panels was the issue. Thanks for the help.
