Error Code E:61:00

Nobody have exact solution, as I have tried all of the process explaind here in this site. I have Sony DSC-P71 camera with 3.2MP camera and facing the same problem called E:61:00, let me know how to fix the problem via mail if you are interested to tell me and prove you intellegeny.
