Hi Stacy: I have a Sony Mavica MVC-FD87. It has performed very well for me up until now. I am getting an error code C-13-01 and disk error appears on the screen. How do I correct this? i have tried new disks etc. and nothing works.I took it to RITZ and of course it did not do it and then when I got home it gave me the error reading again. Thanks, john
