I NEED HELP WITH A Mitsubishi vf-4543 Big Screen TV THAT NEEDS CONVERGENCE REPAIR.

I don't know what convergence repair exactly is. Could someone email me and tell me all that I exactly need to know (plus what I need) and either how hard it is to fix or how much a repair man would cost?
