I've seen a fix for this error another camera GR-D30 or something. Need a similar fix, its been used in Rwanda where there is virtually no humidity, so how would it get condensation?

I've looked for the sensor as described on the fix, but the fix mentions a black square, all i can see is what looks like a sticker with a tightly packed waveform (hard to describe). If this is due to a faulty/dirty sensor i would really like to find its location so that i may clean it. Thanks, all help greatly appreciated.
