Should anyone else be reading this and intend to make a similar enquiry, please note that the info can ONLY be sent to a direct e-mail address, this done by clicking on my link and entering your e-mail address in the box provided, not forgetting to give your camcorders model number and an indication of the fault, e.g: "lens cap" or "condensation warning" etc.
