Can anyone help with my F61 Fault (Panasonic HT-75) DVD

I have reciently developed an F61 fault on my HT-75 panasonic dvd player can anyone explain this a little as i have no manual, I cant see any obvious faults inside and I know about the IC501 and IC502 but are these actual part nunbers of the componants inside I have found several resisters and capacitors inside labelled 501 and 502 but with different letters in front of them! but i can seem to find the IC501 or IC502 can anyone Help?
