Used cassette cleaer as stated by the caution screen, the screen is still flashing and I cannot get any volume.It is completely useless this way.

Camera started flashing the "Head Cleaning is required" and "Use Head Cleaning Cassette",I did so and the screen still has the head cleaning screen flashing.I have tried video taping and when I play it back the Head Cleaning screen is in the center of the picture and there is no volume.....please HELP!
