which equipment will you buy with 28k?

I'm undecided on which equipment to buy and I have to make a decission asap mainly camera and deck, is my concern, should I move to hd? should I stay with high end sd (DVC Pro) as i've been working. most of my work is local tv spots and some music videos. I.ve rented the hdw f900 and is a great camera but too expensive for my budget, and I've owned the canon xl1-2 and is not enough res. so 28k for camera deck and monitor is the question. (new) help me choose.
