TV

my tv is toshiba DVD combo, just bought is 2 years. it turned itself off after a few seconds before the picture kicked in. I unplugged the TV, plugged it back in, and it would turn itself on, but again after a few seconds, turn itself off, light blinking, etc. Again, any help would be so appreciated.
