I have the same tv, you must either have a repair shop discharge the unit, or leave it without power an unknown amount of time until ALL electricity has discharged from the capacitors, then the tv will reset itself and be fine. My grandmother had this tv and it was doing that, and that's what support told her, so she stored it. 2 years later I'm now using it and it's perfect.
