Need help in searching! Helico-3 stabilizing system wanted!

Hi! has anybody heard about Helico-3 stabilizing system? I'm trying to find the manufacturer - and no luck. No info in internet.. This is a system like Steadicam, but for helicopter. I need it very much. Can anybody help in searching? Does anybody know the manufacturer? I will be very greatful to you!!!
