Homeone touch recording not possible My tv guide plus was not available for a while due to failure of the remote. Now I have a new remote but I get no record choice on the menu screen. All I get is surf, next, scan and sort.

I got mine fixed for now. I unplugged the tv for an hour to reset the internal computer. Had to reprogram everything but all now works again. I lost my tvguide plus about a week ago and it will not reprogram in. Keeps saying that I did not program it correctly. I used the reset code of zip 99999 and reset with my zipcode but so far I still can't get it to bring back my channel guide. The TV computer is either shot or they are no longer broadcasting the signal for the guide. |
