"FULL" info sent via "DIRECT" e-mail which includes details of the procedure used to obtain the free repair provided that you are the original purchaser of the camcorder.

    I have the same problem - no picture when I try to record. The camera is relatively new - 2 years or so but we stoppped using it some time ago because we cannot record - any advice? Thank you
