Can someone tell me how to set the time on my JVC car stereo?

I see from looking at this site that plenty people seem to have experienced the same problem, but that on the plus side, there has been feedback on how to do this - could someone send me an e-mail with instructions so I can finally get in my car and not have to tune in the radio in!! Thanks in anticipation!!
