Need owners manual

Was seeing if anyone had an owners manual for an STR-SE501 SONY.I was able to down load it fron another site pdf form.Can open it with adobe acrobat 8.0ut unable to print.One more thing.I realize this is a surround sound reciever.Should I or am I able to connect this to a bose powered subwoofer & reciever if I use the out puts on the sony and send them directly to the bose reciever which is not surround.Or am I defeating the purpose of the sony??
