no picture in TV

Hi. I have a problem with a DVD RECORDER-( JVC DR-MH 30 S ) -no video output.I have just the voice. The problem is that I am from KOSOVO,and here we dont have authorized service center. I am working-owner of the bigest service center in my country-authorized service center for LG,MEGA,QUADRO,we are in contact with PHILIPS and SONY,so I can program or something else but I need instructions.The problem occured during the entering with remote controll in DVD. Please if you can help me with any information-I will wait for your answer. THANKS
