VHF/UHF Antennae Terminal, inside part.

I need to replace the part that exits the television for the cable hook up. It screws on the back panel, and inside it just plugs in with what looks like an RCA plug. Can be easily replaced by myself if I can find it. The part number on the item is 1-537-077-21. The Television is a 1991 model but perfect other than that.
