Problems with TV display.

I have a problem with my television picture. It seems to be cut off at the bottom, as if the picture is stretched too far and I lose part of the image at the bottom. Model # AV 32R47SK It's a 32' widescreen. Is there some way to acess n 'Engineers menu' to fix the problem?
