i have broken my sony w100 lcd sreen, i need replacemant

i am from italy, i broke the screen of my sony dsc w100 and sony service shop told me i must pay about 220$ for screen replacement. How much a w100's lcd would cost? where i can find one? is it really difficoult to replace by myself? thank you Fabio
