Hi I have a JVC GR-DVL120U, not sure what year it is, but I have had it for a year or 2. Bought it used and worked great for a few months, then it showed an error 04 message, saying the unit was in safeguard mode. took it to a shop and they told me the battery wouldnt hold charge, got new battery worked great. then recently started sayin the same message everytime I try to put a tape in it. battery is holding the charge, and I checked everything else. I need to reset it or something. please help Thanks, Nate
