saak 95, is working and execute all functions but there is not audio in the speakers,

I realized that there is not audio signal in the outputs of audio processor, there is right voltages, and signals in, but there is not, output. sa ak 95 don't show error messages, and work properly, but there is not output audio, what I have to do? Thanks
