Hi I could need some help with UN-LOCK a video

It start with the video has and error, with treadin out, which is fixed, but it still say locked and the user hasen't put any lock code in, like described in user guide, so my guess it comes with the error on the standart fault on these, this is a Charlie drive from Philips, with the famerous drive error.
