Important point to note if intending making a query!

To ensure you have a chance of getting a reply to your camcorder query please do "NOT" post your question under a reply section of an old posting you may be looking at, and made previously by someone else who had a similar question. The reason for this is that as far as appearance is concerned, your posting looks and is treated as an "OLD" posting and could well not be seen because of this. (and many times isn't!) Click on my (red) link and provide a direct e-mail address for a reply making sure you give the model number of the camcorder involved, as many of the pre-set up replies do not lend themselves to be pasted into a reply box for technical reasons so this is why a direct e-mail link is essential.
