Help Needed CDX-51RF E-99 Error Code

Hi, I have a Sony CDX-51RF 10 disc changer with a remote up front. When I try to use the unit I get an E-99 error code displayed for about 5 seconds before it turns off. The unit was in my car when I got it and there is no manual. I hope that you can help? Cheers, Dylan
