IN NEED OF #UM4300/7300 "attenuator" PIN DIODES

I am searching for a few discontinued "attenuator" PIN diodes made by either Unitrode or MicroSemi. They must be AXIAL (leaded type) I am looking for part #'s UM4300 OR #'s UM7300. I prefer the---("UM7300")----series over the 4300's, but either will do. Does ANYBODY have any of these kicking around in their junk/spare parts bins from the 1900's??? I am in need of 4-8 of these units. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanx-----KURT
