MVC-FD90 Flash Error

Hi, I've got an FD90 with the dreaded E:91:01. I also have an FD85 that I had apart,with a bad floppy but a good flash board. Looking at both flash boards, it seems they are the same, So I swapped it out. Alas it still has the Error. Is there a way I get this error cleared?
