HomePROTECT SHOWS ON DISPLAY AND NO CD-DVD FUNCTIONS. I plugged the unit to AC outlet, it displays the color screen and then after 30 sec. to a minute it displays PROTECT. There were couple cold solders on the top board which I soldered, and then I disoldered the STK428-610 and STK628-640 outputs. I turn the unit on, the PROTECT does not show but when I press eject for the CD door to open, it doesn't. If I try to change from CD-DVD to radio it turns off. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

the radio output (stk428-610 & stk428-640) are bad, for this in the panel you can see protect change...........sory by my write english so I no talk much english. |
