have a blinking power light

JVC TV Model AV-32050. Same problem as other peeps at this forum.The one difference is that my power light on the front blinks at a steady rate with a tick tick sound from the circuit board. Replaced the C926 capacitor but still have same problem.Been doing a lot of reading ,finding peeps with similiar problems but no solutions or possible causes. Like somebody else said ' it's too dam heavy to be carting around'.Thanks in advance for a solution or possible cause.
