Phillips is absolutely no help at all (worst customer ever) There is several people with the same problem. I suggest we send all these tv's back to phillips and vow never to buy phillips again and tell all friends never to buy phillips again. It's our only defense. these days a tv w/o a remote is useles. I we decide to do this we all have to send to the same address. I'm Game any body with me
