My brother died and he recorded several songs of his own, sung, played, and written, on this device. I'm not sure if it only works on Mac computers, I have an Microsoft XP O/S. I can listen with speakers and although I am greatful I can at least listen, but I would really like to rip the music to my computer and make a disk I can listen to, too. I am not computer savey, so I really don't know if this project of mine will work, but you implied you might have the answer. I applogise for such a dramatic entrance, but I would hate to have to explain later. Sylvia
