JVC IART 32" CRT No Picture. HELP PLEASE!

I have a JVC IART 32" CRT that lost its picture it is exactly 3 years old now and no longer has a warranty. When I turn the TV on the sound comes on for 2 seconds with no picture display ten the power button starts to flash on and off. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance! Mike
