My SOny Cybershot DSC-T1 will not power on all of the sudden!!

I have a cybershot DSC-T1 that wont power on anymore. I get the feeling that this may be a comon problem with this camera. Who knows anything that may be the problem.How much is it cost to fix this. Im no engineer but I can open something up with carefullness and identify something if i know what to look for. Does this camera need a new circut board or something? ALl feedback would be considered..
