my jvc digital camera is now not working properly

my jvc digital camera's model number is GR-D30AS when i opened the lcd it shows this message " please wait, condensation operation paused" and i can't do anything with this but i find only the image but can' focus or even take the menu options and can't play the dv cassette ,when inserted it will automatically come back and i can't close the system when a dv cassette is inside it but after removing the cassette i can close the mechanism but only in the play mode , please give me a reasonable solution.
