JVC DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA

MY CAMERA IS STATING THE LENS CAP IS ON BUT IT IS NOT. CAN YOU PLEASE SEND THE INFORMATION TO ME TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE A GR-D33U.

I have a JVC GR-D33U which is giving me the same signal LENS CAP ON and of course is not on. Do you know how to fix it?
