MY JVC Video Camera (Model: GR-D91U) can play back on its LCD screen but it cannot seem to record. The LCD screen in normal / record mode is black. If I try and view things through the view finder (once pulled back) it too is black and it thinks the lens cap is on even though it is not. What will it take to fix this? I purchased this camera in 2004 from Future shop in Halifax Nova Scotia. thanks for any assistance you can provide on repairing the unit.
