i deleted my mp4 player files

some bosy help me...i bought a new sony mp4 player and there were some songs in it..i wanted to delet them cos they were not my choice so i will load the ones i liked and i deleted them all with the mp4 files in the player..and so my mp4 player cannot take any music anymore..who can help me..pls tell me what to do
