Volume pots and or complete Speaker units for Nutone model N2561-N2562

Gentleman: I have a Nutone radio and intercom unit in my home.I think it is from the late 60's. The Model# is N2561-N2562. The system works great except for some noise from the volume comtrols in the remote speakers. Some of them fade in and out. When you touch the volume nob the sound comes back. I guess they have to be replaced. Do you happen to have of them. I am also looking for additional complete Speaker units to put in other rooms in the house.. Thanks for all your help. Roger
